Our Story
When Olympic Team Snowboard Coach Sam met Dressage enthusiast Shelley, it wasn't love at first sight. These two had one thing on the mind.....getting accepted by the esteemed New Zealand College of Chiropractic and develop into elite chiropractors and health coaches.

Mission accomplished, they studied hard. Managing to survive and thrive through a highly demanding academic degree and chiropractic internship, while also operating a speciality meal business for chronically ill people. At times planning, cooking and delivering over 200 meals a week to people within their community.
Both Dr Sam and Dr Shelley both have an irritating amount of energy for all things health and performance. Both labelled 'allergy kids' as young people, individually they have tackled personal health challenges, leading to a passion for learning and research. Most importantly they developed 'real world' tools and skills around identifying and managing health issues and optimising performance.

With this diverse, unique skill set and abundance of knowledge regarding high performance sport, healthcare, chronic health conditions and life-hacking, voila....The Chiro Lab was born.

We are proudly a little different in our approach to life and boldly think outside the square.

We welcome Dr Alana Sherman to our chiropractic team. Dr Alana is exceptional at managing pain, injuries and as an Olympian, she is very experienced with athletes. She is a wonderful asset to our team.

We are privileged to announce Dr Hannah Tindle is joining our team. Dr Hannah is a UK graduate, she has extensive experience and is a highly skilled chiropractor. She provides chiropractic care to support every stage of life and level of activity. When not in the clinic, you'll find her running trails, sampling a cafe and coming up with crazy running goals.... yes we have a second runner in our clinic! Welcome Dr Hannah.
