Dr. Hannah Tindle

Known for her friendly, down-to-earth manner, Dr Hannah brings together her love for movement, the outdoors, and human connection to help people be supported and thriving in their health.

Hannah’s approach is evidence-informed, patient-centred, and movement-focused. She believes great chiropractic care is about more than just relieving pain — it’s about finding and eliminating the source of the issue, whilst empowering people to understand their bodies, move confidently, and enjoy a lifetime of fun.

Hannah takes the time to listen and truly understand what each patient needs, drawing on a, extensive variety of techniques, tailoring her care to each individual and encouraging sustainable changes that make a lasting difference.

Before becoming a chiropractor, Hannah spent six years living in the French Alps mountain biking and skiing. During this time, Hannah worked as a sports massage therapist, where she developed an excellent understanding of how the muscular system interacts with movement, posture, and overall body function. This hands-on experience sparked her fascination with the body’s natural ability to heal and adapt — ultimately inspiring her to pursue a career in chiropractic.

Returning to the sunny south coast of England, Hannah graduated with a Master of Chiropractic from the Anglo-European Chiropractic College (AECC) and began her career in the Peak District, working with people from all walks of life — from athletes to retirees — to restore function and build resilience. In 2025, she relocated across the world to New Zealand.

Time and again, Hannah has seen the transformative effect of chiropractic care — helping people move better, feel stronger, and live more comfortably.

Her approach is grounded in meeting each person where they are, providing care that supports every stage of life and every level of activity.

When she’s not in the clinic, you’ll likely find Hannah outdoors exploring, running local trails, or sampling any coffee shop she can find (probably looking for cake). She likes to make (sometimes too) ambitious goals, like recently running her first ultramarathon in Taupō.

For Hannah, chiropractic care is about more than just adjustments — it’s about listening, understanding, and creating lasting change. She values building genuine relationships with her patients and working together to improve quality of life one step at a time
